Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide a 100% refund and send a replacement item at no additional cost. In some cases, we may request photos of the product to help verify the issue.

60-Day Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within this period for a 100% refund.

To qualify for a return, items must be returned in either original or slightly used condition. Items that have been damaged, or worn, will not be accepted

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.

Other Returns or Refund Requests

Requests that fall outside of the conditions listed above may still be considered. These situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to reach a fair solution.
